start making your list.
You can use the GOOGLE UPC lookup to find the items online that
you see in stores. Just type in the UPC code found on the
box or packaging and get a list of places that item is available
for purchase. You can also use the images from your search to display
each item on your
registry.
This is an example of what a member will see on the registry.
You are able to delete and edit items simply by clicking on the
links provided.
When guests log in and view your
registry they have the link option to put items they plan to buy "on
hold", informing other people looking at the registry
that someone has plans to purchase that item.
The status on the right then changes to On
Hold where it once said Available.
Once they have purchased your gift, they should log back in using their
Guest Login and Password to submit how many of the item they
purchased.
If you desired 2 and they bought 1, the item
will stay on the registry as Available.
If they purchased all you desired of the item it will be marked as
Fulfilled on the registry.
If a
person's plans to purchase an item fall through, they can inform
other people looking at the registry that the item or items are
no longer On
Hold, by marking the item
Available again.
The link "Put on Hold" is displayed once again.
